just curious.
I dont post about my nationality often, but this song...IDK what about it, but its one of few times where I do feel proud to be from that place. As shitty as it can be, there are a LOT of talented people that came from there.

My grandfather, who was a Russian from Belarus, married a Romanian after divorcing my grandmother, and brought her whole family to America (during the dictatorship). I never knew him because his whole family was super racist towards Italians. My grandmother is Italian, and my Russian great-grandmother would talk shit on my dad, uncles and aunts for being half Italian. Fucking Russians...
Little did they know my Italian ancestors were actually Albanians who immigrated to Italy after the Ottomans invaded. They probably would have hated them more...

No but my wife is half Romanian, making our kids somewhat Romanian. Our Area of town was formerly called ‘GermanTown’ but was mostly Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian. Which the anglo-brits labelled all together as ‘Germans’. There’s a little Romanian Orthodox church near my house that my wife remembers attending. And Gabe from 2 streets over speaks Romaninan.
Does that make me Romanian Adjacent?
